Occlunix® ASD Occluder
A self-expanding, double-disc device made from nitinol wire mesh. The waist that fits the size of the defect connects the two discs, and three polyester fabric inserts help achieve immediate occlusion.
View product
Occlunix® VSD Occluder
A self-expanding, double-disc nitinol device whose discs are linked by a cylindrical waist matched to the VSD. It can be implanted by a venous or an arterial catheter technique.
View product
Occlunix® PDA Occluder
A self-expanding nitinol wire mesh device in a T-cone design that conforms to the shape of the duct for optimal occlusion.
View product
Occlunix® Delivery System
Delivery sheath, dilator, loader, haemostatic valve and delivery cable — in a 45° version for the ASD Occluder and a 180° version for the PDA and VSD Occluders.
View productCoronary intervention
Non-compliant and semi-compliant PTCA balloon dilatation catheters, a CTO balloon and a workhorse PTCA guidewire.

Hisco NC®
A truly non-compliant, high-pressure balloon with limited “dog-boning” even in heavily calcified lesions or in-stent restenosis, and minimal axial growth.

Laxo SC®
Balance Tip Technology — three materials co-extruded into the tip — for guidewire tracking and crossing complex lesions, with a 0.0160" tip entry profile.
View product
Laxo SC® CTO
A spiral-cut hypotube with Pole-Vault technology for pushability and kink resistance, and a 1.5 mm short, soft tip for crossing and re-crossing.

Odigos™ PTCA Guidewire
A one-piece core with a grind profile matched to anatomy, a PTFE-coated shaft, a 3 cm platinum tip and a 30 cm hydrophilic coating.

Access, angiography and inflation accessories: introducer needles and sheaths, diagnostic guidewires and catheters, Y connectors, manifolds and inflation devices.

GioNix PF™
A smooth, flat wire wrapped over a stainless-steel core for balanced performance — stiff proximal shaft, floppy distal tip.
View product
GioNix HD™
Hydrophilic coating over a radiopaque, tungsten-blended polyurethane jacket, with 1:1 torque response and a shapeable distal tip.
View product
AngioNix™
A large lumen for high-flow contrast injection and good torque control, with a peel-off inserter on the pigtail and fixed strain relief.

Intronix® Introducer Sheath Kit
Excellent sheath–dilator transition, colour-coded hubs to standard French sizes and a snap-fit dilator.
View product
Inflanix® Inflation Device
30 atm, 20 ml inflation device with a quick trigger release, ergonomic pistol grip and analog fluorescent display.
View product
Intronix® Introducer Needle
Extremely low insertion force and a tapered hub inner diameter for smooth guidewire insertion.
View product
Ynix® Y Connector
A crystal-clear haemostasis Y connector with different open–close designs, for control of interventional devices with minimal blood loss.

Where each Rivarp cardiology device sits in a typical percutaneous coronary intervention.
Access
Vascular access, sheath placement and catheter exchange.
Angiography
Diagnostic imaging of the coronary arteries.
Wire the lesion
Haemostasis at the guide catheter and a workhorse wire across the lesion.
Cross & pre-dilate
Semi-compliant balloons to cross and prepare the lesion, including CTOs.
Post-dilate
Non-compliant, high-pressure post-dilatation, inflated and monitored with Inflanix®.
